Lavender Gin and Tonic Punch #drink #recipes

Lavender Gin and Tonic Punch #drink #recipes

Lavender is one of my preferred aromas and flavors so I like to join it in nourishments and mixed drinks as much as I can. I figured it is decent to add a trace of lavender to one of my preferred mixed drinks… a gin and tonic. Not exclusively does this mixed drink have the lavender flavor and aroma, it also has the most wonderful purple shading! It's a group pleaser without a doubt!

Gin and tonics are unbelievably simple to make and just use gin, tonic water and lime. Those are the standard gin and tonic fixings. You can include products of the soil and more to give gin and tonics a bend.

To make a lavender gin and tonic we implanted the gin with dried lavender. We also mixed the lime juice with butterfly pea syrup to provide for mixed drink a wonderful purple shading!

For this recipe, we consolidated 2 tablespoons dried butterfly pea blossoms with 4 ounces lime squeeze and let it implant for about an hour. It turned a profound purple shading that was immaculate when blended in with different fixings. When you've mixed the gin and made the purple lime juice, you can include the fixings into a punch bowl with 32 ounces tonic water squashed ice directly before serving. This will serve around 6-8 individuals.

Lavender Gin and Tonic Punch is light and reviving! It's normally seasoned and the wonderful purple shading is from butterfly pea tea. Completely immaculate gathering punch for spring and summer.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups gin
  • 2 tbsp dried lavender, food grade
  • 4 ounces lime juice , fresh squeezed
  • 2 tbsp dried butterfly pea flower
  • 32 ounces tonic water

Instructions

  1. Combine 2 tablespoons lavender to 1 1/12 cups gin. The longer the lavender sits in the gin, the stronger the taste and smell. For this, you can do anywhere from 5-24 hours. After 5 hours you will be able to smell and taste the lavender.
  2. Combined 2 tablespoons dried butterfly pea flowers with 4 ounces lime juice and let it infuse for about an hour. It turned a deep purple color that was perfect when mixed with the other ingredients.
  3. Once everything is infused, add the ingredients into a punch bowl with 32 ounces tonic water crushed ice right before serving
